Life Groups
We believe that the most effective tool in the growth of Christlike disciples is participation in small groups. Our life groups target growth in small communities. These small groups of believers study God's Word together, pray for each other, share in fellowship, and simply "do life" together.

Financial Peace University (13 weeks) - Oakland is offering Financial Peace this fall. It's a great time to learn how to approach your finances from a Biblical and practical perspective!
Oakland is offering the PLACE class this fall. This class guides you through a process to discover your spiritual gifts (strengths), and then find the right ministry in which to serve and use your gifts. Every believer needs to be serving, and we're most effective in a ministry where we are using our spiritual gifts.
Truth Project - This class was developed by Focus on the Family. Only 9% of Christians live their lives based on a Biblical world view. What does this mean? Do you really believe that what you believe is really real?
Walk Across the Room (8 weeks) - A course on how to take the first steps to build relationships that will allow you the chance to share your faith. It is as easy as walking across the room.
