At Oakland Church we want to celebrate alongside you during the joyous moments of life, and then help families through the difficulties that come. We work to equip every member of the family with solid biblical teachings to build each person's faith so that each person can live out The Gospel of The Kingdom in their day to day lives.
Kid's Ministry
Sundays for K-6th
9:30 am - Children's Church (K-4th)

Prayer Room
Sunday Nights at 6:00 PM in the Chapel
This is a time of Worship, Prayer, and Intercession. We are contending for God's Kingdom to come and His will to be done in Cedar Rapids as it is in heaven.
Note: No childcare is provided during our Prayer Room. Please feel free to bring your children and allow them to experience The Presence of The Lord.

Oakland Church supports missionaries through Nazarene Missions International.
We also support local ministries financially and in various practical ways.

Recovery Church
At Recovery Church, we seek recovery through Jesus our restorer and lead Pastor. We meet on Friday to provide an alternative to typical Friday night activities. We have hurts, habits and hang-ups AND Jesus in common. You will feel welcome here. We meet at 6:00 pm on Fridays.
